The Use of UV-C light to sterilize innoculation equipment and area

Has any one used UV-C as a supplement to pressure cooking, and as a replacement for pressure cooking on impractical surfaces or large areas. Working on starting a lionsmane liquid culture and I'm adding it to my process. Will let you all know how it goes.
