A very common theme that people under Salvia seem to experience is the Wheel. It can also be described as a rolodex, merry-go-round, ferris wheel and other similar type things.
I was browsing some youtube videos and came onto something called 'Apoptosis'. This is a process of programmed cell death when a cell is sick or too old, etc. A good lecture on what Aptosis is and how it works:

What is most interesting is that in the process of Apoptosis certain chemicals merge together to form what is called an Apoptosome which is in the shape of a wheel or ferris wheel.
This Wheel is also nicknamed 'The Wheel Of Death' by scientists:

Video showing how this wheel forms (formation of wheel starts around the 3:00 mark):

Now what is most interesting is that another very common Saliva theme is the cataclysm or apocalypse theme where the whole universe been peeled, destroyed or pulled apart by immense forces usually in a rotating manner.
It may be barking up the wrong tree but perhaps this Salvia Wheel that people encounter and those doomsday apocalyptic trips are somehow tied into this Apoptosome or "Wheel of Death" in some ways.

Re: Apoptosome "The Wheel Of Death"
About a year ago I was very interested in the DNA molecule. I was fascinated by how DNA replicates itself. The youtube animations are mind blowing. Those tiny proteins are able to separate the original DNA strand like complex little machines. How the fucking hell the process of evolution created DNA replication is totally beyond my teeny brain's ability to fathom. There's even tiny protein 'walkers' with F'ing legs that walk around molecular structures performing duties.
And we thought salvia was weird!

Yes I saw that video and the one how those little robots move along cell 'highways' as it were. It boggles the mind that at the core we have billions of little machines as mechanical as a watch running within us. I also feel that the theory of evolution is not how we came about, this Micheal Cremo video which I shared with some diehard evolution believers really ruffled their feathers:

Salvia, I personally believe, is pulling back a curtain to reveal something shocking about life and the universe. That's it's far more like Narnia, Alchemy and Doctor Strange then it is is Science, the LHC and Superstring Theory.
