Funny I am no fan of tobacco, but somehow I wonder if the slight-high inducing natural tobacco grew free of major chemicals if smoked in a pipe would be better for you than ecigs?

There's quite a lot of e-cigarettes & refills etc very cheap here:

Never used them, so can't vouch for the quality etc, but at $5+ (inc shipping) there's not too much risk involved in checking them out. (If only they sold MHRB...)

extract tinctures made with a propylene glycol are compatible with glycol based e-cigarettes. tried some Irvingia gabonensis/skullcap tincture, on a e-cigar and i was pleasantly surprised that it vaped well tasted a little odd, but not unpleasant. it was quite interesting, to be honest, and potent as well
now i can not name the vendor but hes well known, and quite possibly may have such tinctures, as mentioned above, as well as others
glycols are the shit!

Combustion of plant matter produces tar. Vaporization of e-liquid produces no tar. So the answer to your question is no.

Maybe some of the (apparently?) active essential oils (eg elimi, nutmeg, basil) would work this way? either alone or diluted in the e-liquid.

Those are more for diluted topical, oral or sublingual use the campfire says.

Possibly because the campfire hasn't tried sticking them in e-cigs yet? :)
