I expected something rough and emotionless, but your sketch was warm and alive. An animation would probably take too long to make, but someone needs to create an animation that shows how a room can transform into a rotating wheel with embedded entities.Hekura wrote:Thanks Burningmouth. I would love to make some cool animations. Maybe talking to you guys can help me figure out how, or we could collaborate. You know, work together.
What do you mean by a police sketch? Rough and emotionless? When you gave me the idea of a wheel with people like trapeze artists on it I penciled in a sketch with lots of little stick figures making the wheel components. It was cool, but it started looking like Rodin's, "Gates Of Hell" sculpture. http://www.flickr.com/photos/andreiz/349779571/
Which would not be bad either, but I only had 2 days, so, I opted for a simpler approach. Haha. I'll post the drawings anyway.

Re: Salvia Wheel -
I made another sketch of a salvia wheel. I hate to create another thread, so I'll post the pictures here.

That one is beautiful too, hekura. It's like I'm looking back in time when I see your drawings. Back to a kind of mythical place. Swiy should smoke some extract and sketch what Swiy sees in your visuals. You are a rare person who has the ability to translate Swiy visuals onto canvas.

Another awesome piece Hekura. Thanks for sharing. And I agree with burningmouth's suggestion

i can't believe you replied so quickly, guys. makes me feel good. thanks. you know, i don't think swim has wandered into the salvia world for a year or so. maybe longer. his last journeys were with plain leaves or low strength extracts. he has a lot of respect, if you know what i mean. i could draw endless sketches of some of swim's accounts already. what are your thoughts about that?

Re: Salvia Wheel -
I'm always interested in seeing salviaesque drawings. Maybe something showing a room or neighborhood rolling over. Or how about a drawing of T McKenna with his arms outstretched like a preacher with tiny machine elves all around, and the words salvia reality in the forefront. I might even pay for that one.Hekura wrote:i can't believe you replied so quickly, guys. makes me feel good. thanks. you know, i don't think swim has wandered into the salvia world for a year or so. maybe longer. his last journeys were with plain leaves or low strength extracts. he has a lot of respect, if you know what i mean. i could draw endless sketches of some of swim's accounts already. what are your thoughts about that?

I can work on that one, but here is another one I've done in acrylic paint.

Re: Salvia Wheel -
^^that one is how a steering wheel might look like if someone were irresponsible enough to smoke while driving. The deeper idea is that the peoploids ARE the wheel. They aren't attached to a pre-existing wheel. I'm just being a critic. I draw with the ability of a four year old.
