All we can do is kinda like use reasoning---but it really is like trying to measure the wind with a ruler?

'Immortality'---what is that? Well first it is a word, term, and is supposed to NOT mean 'mortal' which is another word. Now as usual we have conceptually separated out two terms, 'immortality' and 'mortality'--in doing so we could be led to imagine that you, and me are 'mortal' and that we one day MAY get 'immortality' or they are working on it. But what if all that is a total mis-understanding, and there is really NO set division between so-called terms of mortality and immortality--and that all that has happened is that we have been sucked into absurd forms of reasoning which can only ever limit itself and ask the wrong questions because its presumptions and premises are wrong to begin with?
What if we ARE immortal right now, and that so-called mortality is part OF this immortal process of dynamic change and becoming? Wouldn't this insight make all the rush to make us 'immortal' look fukin daft...?
