Exercise is very important for the weight loss as this helps to burn the fat and to increase the metabolism of the human body. Exercise also tone up the human body and is very helpful in human body shaping. It also supplies a fresh oxygen to each and every cell of the human body and the person feel more energetic and stress free. Oxygen is also required for the fat burning process.

Wanting to add some kilos but into football a lot.Just need a proof that it has nothing to do with taking all the calories.
