There are some tips:
Drink Coffee.
Drink Green Tea.
Eat Less Refined meal.
Drink Water, Especially Before Meals.
Brush Your Teeth After Dinner.

I think you follow this rules.

That mushroom at the top of this page... it also reduces the desire to eat and makes you feel full.
