Salvia Nemorosa feels very "benzo like" if one quids FRESH leaves. Extracts are inefficient, as potency is lost rapidly as drying occurs. EtOH extracts only remain active for a matter of weeks, even when stored cold and away from light. Raw, dry plant is almost useless, requiring ridiculous doses for any effects at all, smoked or otherwise. My friend likes to let his flowers dry for a few hours, and smoke the flowers the same day they're picked. This is much more like a well known smokable we don't mention than the effects of quidding leaves.
