yes those were sum blends i used to have and still make i usually deal in extracts of the plants not blends we have pedicularis in extract form from elaphants head material also

I got some from Edit, tried smoking 6 hits, almost nothing, will try tea soon.

Tried tea, about 3 tablespoons in a big tea bag with a chewable vitamin C, a relaxing drink not magic but not placebo either.

I have decided that Elephant's head pedicularis Groenlandica is totally worthless for sleep purposes. Too unreliable, tried it every few weeks, sometimes it seems to help, usually it keeps me awake. Oh well.

Densiflora is the best sure fire remedy.
