I took around 15 capsules if I remember correctly (30% kavalactones + siberian ginseng). First I tried 6-7 didn't work, next time I tried 10 it worked but the effects were weak and last time I took I don't know...I think 15 or more and I really liked the effects. Although I haven't tried many herbs, I definetly have nothing bad to say about valerian root. Sometimes I like it with the unmentionable plant. Makes me feel relaxed if I've had a stressful day so that sleeping is no problem. I also like it about 30 mins after a workout. The taste isn't too pleasent...

hey I'm completely new to all this, but I've done some reading and I belive I have a basic knowledge. What I'm curious about is this.. Everyone says plants like blue lotus, kanna, damiana are synergistic plants, meaning that alone they don't do much, but when mixed their effects really kick in. My q...
