If you're looking for something to make your everyday stressful life easier, there's tons of stuff. Yerba Mate, a little bit of Kratom, Cacao etc.
If you're looking for something to really learn from and not use on a daily basis, look for stuff like Salvia, but take it easy in the beginning.

Well, I found myself in Delhi, India. I will be staying here for a while, and I kind of miss kratom a bit.
I heard Indian kratom is really bad, no effects, only nausea. Is this true?
Anybody here from India? Can I get quality kratom here?

Perhaps a yerba mate tincture? There's a thread about it, but I haven't tried making it yet.
