I've tried this diet for about 2 weeks. I felt revitalized and more energetic. Mainly on fruits and nuts, and I eventually went back to cooked foods. For me I enjoy eating toasted nuts/seeds,dried fruits and a whole lot of beans. Rice over wheat and definitely chia and quinoa and amaranth over wheat...

I'm starting this new routine soon where I will get a minimum 1 hour (60 minutes ) of walking in the day. Hopefully it gets to be outside even in a bad winter. It is important for the blood to flow with exercise. As for my strength training. I have a door way pull up bar and a bench press. 4-5 sets ...
