I've tried this diet for about 2 weeks. I felt revitalized and more energetic. Mainly on fruits and nuts, and I eventually went back to cooked foods. I'm starting this new routine soon where I will get a minimum 1 hour (60 minutes ) of walking in the day. Hopefully it gets to be outside even in a bad winter.
