I fall prey to confirmation bias, even though I try and be aware of it. .....its quite the insidious thought process.

Re: Reasons to be cautious about long-term salvia use. -
Just a quick note, ..risk/ assesment etc.....the risks I take in my normal life, and the enviornment I work with......(gnarly, grinding dirt hazards, chemicals, etc) make the risk of Salvia use, even daily... a walk in the park. It did seem to cure me of some really bad things too....ie chemic...

off topic, but I have noticed before that you can't really "get high" more than once in a row....at least for me...any second or third attempt results in a headache...... "afterglow" seems as much to related to the "HOLY FREAKING MOLY" moment that you just went through....lasts for quite some time t...

Spanish conquest of "ancient" mexico nixed modern researchers .....nobody knows salvias parents, or whether it just "appeared". Mazatecs didn't use it too much, 'cept for medicinal reasons, like intestinal troubles...etc. Mazatecs were sketchy on the record keeping, so...no reports other than verbal...

SD24 and Dio....Nice Posts.....really resonated with me, maybe since the green classic is so "annoying" to me...(took 40 years, something changed, with age, now it really sucks)...:disappointed: perhaps the little daily salvia leaf might be the ticket... (use up some of the leaf piles...jeez:roll: :...

"Any views on the mysterious salvia "datapoint"?" IMHO....some pro-salvia person probably added it.... but they neglected to mention coffee, and danish pastry too!!!! totally addictive in the AM..with or without the Classic herb. Deep breathing first, letting 90% of lungs empty, then filling them up, then emptying them.....this fills the system with oxygen, so when you DO take a long slow puff, you can hold it as long as neccessary......Fern the Cat recalls never letting the smoke out.....just never did....
Cat was gone.
