Re: It's 1980 again!
Beautiful report uc, thanks. Dont forget, you're the one who can write that story of who you are. To me, 'I' is my model of myself, the same as I have an understanding of friends, relatives and companions, I also have an understanding of myself. I have a big influence on my own story but often not t...

Re: Greetings & Help with Plant
Hi Poimandres, She's looking fine to me from the few photos you sent. As unsigned_char says more photos would help. Ive welcomed salvia into my home for 8yrs now but never really try to harvest more than 100 leaves a year. She lives on my daughters north east facing window looking out at the back ga...

Re: Forward in time??
When working with premonitions or anything to do with reading the future (i.e runes, tarot, i-ching etc) nothing is set in stone, every choice you make can alter what you have seen in some way. If we see the future and its one we dont like we have a need to try and change it, especially if we see so...

Re: Quixotic Mystic's Visual Spirits
"Please dont leave" appears to be full of green men, blue machine elves, shamans with painted faces - theres alot in there. I wish I could see them laser projected onto a skyscraper or with virtual reality goggles.

Re: Quixotic Mystic's Visual Spirits
Hey Smeele. I enjoyed looking at the fluid floral textures of fractamind - its like looking down from 50miles above an incredible landscape and makes feel like flying somehow. Awsome work there, I cant imagine how you created it? Im still thinking about the 'plant spirits' image as I recently had an...

Re: Monkshood (Aconitum Napellus)
I think it had been used in the first anaesthetics where it was carefully combined with a lot of other stuff to _nearly_ disable the nervous system. Im not really interested in relaxing my skeletal and heart muscles before my cortex though.

Re: Anxiety/Panic Disorder, PTSD, Manic Depression etc etc.
Thanks for sharing and being open about it all! Nice to meet you enthopiate. If it helps at all, I think getting out of bed and doing stuff is hard even for a lot of 'sane' people too. I really believe finding something to _do_ that interests you enough to get up for is important. So many different ...

Re: Anxiety/Panic Disorder, PTSD, Manic Depression etc etc.
I would like to enjoy the unmentionable herb but too many strains just give me panic attacks and messes with my working memory. There's creativity there but that's only one herbal power.

Re: Anxiety/Panic Disorder, PTSD, Manic Depression etc etc.
Finding a hobby to obsess about (e.g. entheogens, music, making something, whatever) then enjoying talking and doing stuff with like minded hobbiests can help. Sleeping well is v. important with mental health too. So sleeping 4hrs a night because of obsessing about a hobby is not so helpful. Last ye...
