Hyponatremia. Or low sodium concentration in blood, basically from drinking too much too fast like you said. It "hemodilutes", or dilutes the electrolytes in your blood to dangerous levels, normally affects Na the most.

Well there are hundreds of amino acids, and you certainly dont need them all. In fact some are toxic. 3.5 g Valerian rootbpowder
Chamomile
There are plenty off non herbal alternatives but I am in search of additional botanical materials.

I have hear Mongolia root is helpful too.

Any anecdotal input from the community?
