That is absolutely beautiful, hekura. We were PMing each other about you creating some sketches, but I wasn't expecting something as aesthetically pleasing as this. There is a warmth and primativeness in these sketches that evokes something spiritual. Very nice!!

so glad you like them. your idea pulled it out of me. i'm sure it can't really invoke your idea, but it was a really nice endeavor for me.

Those sketches totally blew me away. I tried to save them but I couldn't.
You have artistic skills that I wish I had. I bet you could make some great animations.

My idea was more like a police sketch. Your sketch invoked something deeper than what I was thinking of.

Wow. Very nice. Are they watercolor? I'd like to see more as well, if you have any. Or if you have the time to make more ;)

Thanks for the comments. I'm happy that you like them. I did them quickly after work with watercolors and markers. I've got lots of stuff, but not with this theme. I guess I will make some more. I bought some better paper and more watercolor tubes today.

Hi Viveka. I do lots of cool watercolor sketches as exercise and enjoyment when I am relaxing. I work all day with painting, building and designing creative projects. After I get home, my mind still goes into work mode. Instead of tearing apart and remodeling the house, I direct the energy down to ideas on paper. Maybe I'll paint some similar drawings. Thanks.

Thanks Burningmouth. I would love to make some cool animations. Maybe talking to you guys can help me figure out how, or we could collaborate. You know, work together.

What do you mean by a police sketch? Rough and emotionless? When you gave me the idea of a wheel with people like trapeze artists on it I penciled in a sketch with lots of little stick figures making the wheel components. It was cool, but it started looking like Rodin's, "Gates Of Hell" sculpture. http://www.flickr.com/photos/andreiz/349779571/
Which would not be bad either, but I only had 2 days, so, I opted for a simpler approach. Haha. I'll post the drawings anyway.
