I've gotten it down to 1 finger and about a cup to a 3rd of a cup of water. I think the messier foods you eat the more messier the feces will be. What helps too is your position while doing the deed. Squatting makes it an easy transition while sitting puts you in a disposition. :hmm:

by the way cold water hurts more the hemmoroids than hot water.ven in the shower, cold water stings, hot just hurts a bit.

Fiber, Mr. Hanky will agree is the best way, I think fiber is more important than protein for most.

it's all relative. I mean some guy can eat glass and nails and still be healthy. Everyone's seen that guy right?

A broken clock is right twice a day, rarely humans thrive on bizzare diets, but high fiber from oats, wheat, flax, coconut, resistant starch, with honey and salt and rosemary, covered with good tomato products, low fat cheese, and veggy and protein toppings, with no oils or fats added, seems to make me happy.

"Everything counts in large amounts"

I've gotten down to a quarter to half of a cup of water. Not much water is needed for myself. With one finger and a small amount of water the poo literally jumps off the anal area. Very few times did it get stuck to my finger after and I would have to water down my finger then wash. Of course I always wash after my bowel movements. But I am confident enough to say that I have little to no harmful amount of bad bacteria on my rectum or fingers.

Officially I haven't wiped my ass with paper in over 60 days. That is over 60 successful bowel movements.

Cheers.
