Don't think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change :) You can workout without changing your diet, but it seems almost pointless if you're eating garbage food and working your ass off.

They have a better ratio of Omega Fatty Acids, 3's to 6's.

They also have a lot fiber.
I had no idea. Chia Pet FTW!

I take Milk Thistle, Flaxseed oil, and Soy protein. Perhaps I should cut down on those phytoestrogens :|

Chia/Hemp and Fish all have Omega 3s, which most of us are deficient of and need for critical body function. Not so much to bulk up, for for general health.

When taking protein, it's essential to have the proper vitamins to break it down and use it.

Also, lipids (fats) are essential to use the protein, otherwise they become toxic.

This happened to early explorers, who ate only rabbit. The rabbit was too lean of a meat for the people to subsist on and they died.

Wow so it works? I'm thinking of substituting the milk with yogurt or kefir (homemade of course).

I don't want to get huge myself. Maybe half the size of A.C Slater is what I'm shooting at.

Drink about a gallon of whole milk per day for a month. I used to use herb and ginger to stimulate my appetite so I could eat more during bulking phases.

Works amazing. Make sure to keep the exercise regimen up or it slumps down as fat real quick. hahahha

I split the gallon up between 6 cups or so worth and just chug.
