Eat salad

Eat salad as they are the healthier way to prevent the fat. Salads are high in fiber which gives the satisfy and the person will not feel hunger soon. Plus fiber existing in salad removes toxins the program.

I couldn't agree with you more. Having a healthy eating habits help a lot in physical fitness and maintain your health. Start small; think about having a healthy diet as a small and manageable step rather than one drastic change. Instead of being more concerned about presence of nutrition in your diet or counting calories think your diet in sense of color, variety and freshness.

Yea that sounds gay as hell who the fuck cares? I am buying soylent to skip out on the eating process all together. I don't care for eating.

restaraunts and stores sell packaged salad super high in fat.
