I've tried this diet for about 2 weeks. I felt revitalized and more energetic. Mainly on fruits and nuts, and I eventually went back to cooked foods. For me I enjoy eating toasted nuts/seeds,dried fruits and a whole lot of beans. Rice over wheat and definitely chia and quinoa and amaranth over wheat.
I believe raw foodism is positive and another way to get back on track.
