Best supplement to lose weight (non-stimulating)

Postby joselito » Tue Dec 20, 2011 5:35 am

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a product (can be pill or an extract ...) to lose weight. I'm very sensitive to stimulating products like ephedrine and the alikes. I found that bitter orange doesn't give these negative side-effects. What other formulas or herbs/extracts/supplements are out there which are effective?

Thanks

Wild Mango and modified olive oil extract(oleic acid amide - non-stimulant thermogenic) may be worth looking into.

wild mango?
cool, thanks!

now, wait - oleic acid amide? aka oleamid? that "kind of" synthetic cannabinoid? is it available in food quality??
that would be really cool - but maybe you meant Conjugated Linolic Acid? or is that the same in the endeffect?
didn't feel much of it and it's a strong "pimple flowering agent", besides that those caps i have make me burp kind of rancid oil flavor, so i didn't take it for more than a few days ...

Yes, its sold OTC at 'health supplement' stores in at least one thermogenic sleep aid.

Not CLA, that shit is starter fuel for some crazy dreams though. The taste of the burps is fucking vile!

Or try Omega-3 fatty acids at therapeutic doses. 2-4 grams per day. If you are overweight/obese. If not they wont help.
Psyliumm husk in water prior to meals is a good trick.
And steer clear of refined CHO's

You should really try some herbal extracts. They are effective for most people. As to lose weight, you should try Green Tea Catechins, Citrus Limon Extract, Kiwi Extract, Lotus Plumula Nelumbinis Extract. They taste good and are really helpful.
