Depending on your definitions I like:

With the mention of Shittake, it should be noted that extracts of Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Agaricus Blazei Murill, Zhu Ling and a host of others offer some fantastic health benefits. Lion's Mane and Maitake are also edibles.

For me, a superfood goes above and beyond what is normally considered 'nutritious'. Beside just providing vitamins and minerals, it boosts the immune system and clears away toxins in the body.

I agree, Quinoa is a super food. If you had to choose one thing to live off of for a short while, that would be it. Brown rice is good, but Black rice is richer in nutrients.

Add also :

Kale
Dandelion
Broccoli

I take a liquid vitamin called alive. It has the mushroom extracts plus extracts of fruits and vegies. Then I use maca most days and a turmeric supplement along with milk thisle. Goji berries are expensive but I do enjoy them fron time to time and last I have a cereal called bola that has a high quality granola along with all kinds of nuts and seeds and I add about a tablespoon of hemp seed.
