[vendor link removed]Lemon oil is also very effective in stress and anxiety. I used this oil and it worked really amazing to cure my mood. It has also plenty of other health benefits which cn help you to get rid off from mood swing, cold, flu and especially for hair and skin improvement.

herbs dot max forum

I never noticed any 'stimulant' effects that I recall, but lemon oil is GREAT for nausea. Dilute with a small amount of warm water and use like a mouth wash(but you can still swallow if you dont add too much oil).

Calamus as some other entheogens give you cancer, but who cares about healthy when you can get high for a couple of buck/ounce

Indian Warrior (Pedicularis Densiflora) is a surprisingly strong herb when smoked and I know of no negative health effects but it is not widely studied so take that for what it's worth.

Wow, this forum is really inactive.

I'd like to have some conversations with people since I just joined up the other day but it seems like this isn't the kind of forum where people respond on a regular basis.

when this was "EDOT", I was all for a new section/thread that consisted of use, reputed health benefits, reported side effects and "after use" mind and body care, from entheogen use.
Does anyone agree with this point of view?

maybe a mod can move/copy this post to the health section?(So I'm Not Double Posting)

Where is your proof for this?

Do you have a source?

mild relaxers;
kava kava (potent)
valerian root
hop extract
st.john's wort (in natural form, no pills)
chamomile

or try meditation with Melatonin, here's what you could do, get cozy and relaxed,put on some nice relaxing music,and try to meditate, take 20mg+ of Melatonin (only take above 3mg if you really need it, no need to mess up hormone cycle, take large e.g: 20mg amounts of Melatonin in rare situations when you need to sleep/etc.
