Re: White cob webs -

An amateur grower told me to tell you he feels your pain. He says he has about six sprouts to show for about fifty seeds he planted. Some sprouted and eventually succumbed to the white cottony stuff. He says he will do his best to keep what few he has alive, and move on to other cactus species.

Re: Can I be... -

What does it matter to you anyways? Does my opinion hurt you so bad you must say such stupid things? Did I say it mattered to me? Do you really bruise so easily? I thought cactus growers were so tough and prickly. Bottom line, who cares? Since when is thorough knowledge of a subject a prerequisite ...

Re: PBS Prison Documentary -

I would think it may be a job security thing. Less prisoners, less comfortable jobs for those who run the prisons on all levels including upper management. Very familiar. Remnds me of the DEA's war on drugs. Take the war away and you take away some very productive careers and retirement for some ve...

Wasted away again in Amanitaville -

Looking for my long lost shaker of salt Amanitas aren't very visual from swim's experiences. It sounds like they worked just fine to me. A smaller dose will make you less tired, but the effects won't be as pronounced. If you want visuals swim would look for a different entheogen. They aren't psilly...

Re: intelligent fungi -

I read about the maze running slime mold, interesting!

And if you pick an amyllaria, the mycellium on the other end knows about it? That's just wow, man. So perfect for this thread, thanks.
