I can attest to its quality of life. Mostly what u make of it, but with beach so close, its hard to screw that up.

Flower vs leaf?

I have a plant and have been harvesting the flowers and drying them. Then I read the leaves are preferred.
I wanted to throw some fresh leaves in a pot and boil, but wasn't sure this was ideal....

I'm guessing a green tea extract is needed to significantly affect results? Not necessarily needed, but you'd be drinking alot of GT with a solid amount of caffeine before you get enough ECGC for COMT inhibition. So I had a tree a few yeats back, dark green, healthy, tall and all. I once had a leaf that covered my entire hand even.with spread fingers. Our new tree is only aboit 5-6 ft high, although its about 2.5 yrs old. Anyways, I know some of you grow, and can blow this image away with size amd grandeur. ...
