I grew a thin mother with my first batch.Pretty cool. I drank most of it and Tuesday will be a week with new tea and sugar.Used yerba mate this time

Has anyone ever tried using the yeast in the air. I read in this book that all you need is the apple cider and a warm temperature with ventilation and you got yourself some apple wine. Says one 7-10 days of just letting it ferment should do the trick. So if I add honey or sugar or stevia? to the app...

I went ahead and made 2 batches. Darn bottle spilled so one batch isn't getting half but about a quarter of the regular size g.t brand. Hope that's sufficient. One black tea the other black tea mixed with Stevia and half the sugar. Crosses pubic hairs:eek:
