I live in California and was wondering if a peace officer tries to arrest me for no reason or mistaken identity. What would happen if I remained silent? I mean they can't make me talk. How long can they detain me? What will happen?

I use to suffer from this. I would say try to be more positive. And not worry about things so much. Before you go to bed drink some SLEEPYTIME TEA that might help out a bit.

Are you eating healthy? Try not to eat large meals before you go to bed especially junk food.
