Re: Legal Status of Salvia -

I found this scripture useful in discussing legislation of salvia (and other entheogens) with christians. Although, I'm not myself. Some bibles translate "foods" as meat, though. Any respectable head shop should sell them. Craft stores like Hobby Lobby sometimes have them. The grocery store sells gallon size ziplocks...those are considered little to some... hahahahah

Brujo: "Should not that person be allowed to practice his own personnal type of spirituality in the privacy of his own home, and if so, should not any sacrament he believes in be allowed? I think so." It seems the government acknowledges these are sacraments although at times refuses to acknowledge ...

Re: Peyote and Peyote Law -

It goes against my beliefs that a person must be of a certain "blood" in order to practice a religion. The government needs to get its nose out of peoples business.

Re: Using Salvia daily for depression? -

There were some people a while ago talking about using small amounts for depression. About every other day chewing a leaf or smoking a small amount of plain leaf. Not enough to feel strong effects, but enough to get a little glow. Throat's suggestion on getting a live plant is excellent. But it will...

"Would this effect be expected to sustained? " I would expect so. Read about "reverse tolerance". Salvia is interesting in that the effects get stronger with continued use and a lesser amount is needed. The opposite of many other substances. There have been scattered reports regarding the positive e...

Clearly sinister. The transcript doesn't portray as well as the tape how much Frist was stammering and studdering. It appeared to me he didn't believe the position he was defending, but to say anything other than "abstenence only" would be against official Bush/church policy.

Data Quality Act? I wonder if Senator Frist or anyone in the Bush administration has heard about this Act? They don't seem to give a shit about science. http://www.planetwire.org/details/5153 ...AIDS organizations and people living with HIV/AIDS today demanded Sen. Frist (R-TN), the Senate Majority ...

Speaking of Alex Grey: Recently on a full head of EllisD Bill (The Dead) Kreutzmann's painting "1000 mics" magically transformed into Alex Grey's "One", all the while this feeling it wasn't real but a representation of what's going on in the mind. Anyway, I didn't see it before, but now it seems obv...
